How access is provided
- The user selects a plan and proceeds to payment.
- After payment confirmation, the plan is activated for the user's account.
- The access period starts at activation, and the request limit refreshes daily.

The final payment form may show RUB and any card conversion is handled by the bank or payment provider.

Service delivery, cancellation and refunds
The service is delivered electronically: paid access is activated in the Telegram bot after payment confirmation. No physical delivery is required.
Before payment, the user may cancel by not completing the transaction. To request a refund after payment, contact support and provide the Telegram ID or username, payment date and amount, payment method, and transaction identifier.
Requests are reviewed under section 6 of the public offer and applicable Russian law.
